Hi!

My husband and I will be celebrating our three year anniversay and I just graduated from college last month so he has decided to give me my dream setting :D My dream diamond that he game me for our 2 year anniversary is in a platinum solitaire right now and i have always wanted a bezel halo. We definitely felt that as beautiful as the Ritani endless love is, its out of budget. So, i noticed that the Whiteflash bezel halo is gorgeous and very similar. I have already talked to someone there and probably going to call monday to make the order but i wanted to ask anyone who has this ring or has tried it on, how comfortable is it to wear? my current solitaire is not comfort fit and i have found it can become uncomfortable especially in the summer when my fingers swell.

also, does anyone know how the stones are set?

would love any input ;))

thanks!

katie

Hi Katie,

First, I don't want to be preachy but I only speak from experience and $$ wasted. If you truly want the Ritani EL, I would not settle for anything but. The WF ring is gorgeous as well, just too different from the Ritani so *for me* it would be settling. Wait to save up, order it in palladium, and/or get quote from Pearlman's (ask for PS discount)...I think it can very easily come in close in cost to the WF one. For me it would even be worth the wait for their December sale, last year I believe it was 20% off gift cards!

Anyhow, to answer your questions I'm not sure about the comfort but generally that style of ring is comfortable. The setting style of the melee is a bead style pave and sometimes you can feel little bumps of the beads running your finger across but not enough to cause irritation from normal everyday wear.

Have you tried on the Ritani in person? I would certainly recommend this as well perhaps check if WF could send you the semi-mount before you order to make sure you love it and it doesn't cause irritation. I love halo bezel style in photos but it looks funny on my hand in person--as many other styles do, I''m not trying to knock this one! I love it, just not on me unfortunately!

Hi Katie, I can only speak from experience about the Ritani Endless Love in saying that the ring is very comfortable to wear. The WF design is beautiful and from what I can see in the pictures, it looks like it would be comfortable too. One thing that is definitely different between the two designs is the underside where the diamond is mounted. For me, I find that when my fingers swell, the opening on the underside of the diamond makes for a very forgiving fit since it doesn't completely encircle my finger (see my pic). I would try to still shop and ask around if it's the Ritani Endless Love that you really want, just like shimmer suggested.

than, you. oth so much for your responses. both definitely made me think i should really look around before rushing into buying something! i am going to go and see if i can try on the ritani el tomorrow and see what to do from there. thank you both for your thoughtful responses!

i didnt know that! going to check it out right now :)
