Whiteflash Double Pave Setting

Hi,

I am thinking of choosing this setting for the diamond (which was picked with the awesome help from this forum

However I am worried about the diamonds falling because of the type of setting.. does anybody have diamonds with this type of settings that could share their experience ??

If you buy this ring or any ring for that matter, get appraised by an independent appraiser and insure it with a company like Jeweler''s Mutual. The ring should be fine, I am more concerned with the elevated center stone than all the small diamonds. Remember, the bigger your center stone, the higher it will stick up.

The center stone is not big, its a .83 princess (5.12x5.14 or something like that).. you think the center stone could get damaged? Would a cathedral type of ring protect it better?
