OK, so I'm also having Whiteflash make me a Color Me Mine necklace. It's been on my list for a while and metal prices/gem prices are only going up. I have been priced out of some other things I had my eye on, and WF has a $75 discount at the moment for registering on the site.
So, the necklace is going to be 14k white gold, with five sapphires of 0.13, so 0.65ctw, in the DBTY style. It will be similar to this, but all in sapphires, and the stones in the pic are 0.07, so each stone will be almost twice the weight.

Necklace was $900 after discount. I don't think that's bad for five 0.13 bezeled sapphires, cornflower blue.
