Can anyone please explain this for me ,I read this from White Flash trade in policy.
Please note that EGL graded diamonds and outside diamonds we do not recommend will not qualify for our one year buy back or lifetime upgrade policy.

Does this mean not all the diamond purchase on their web is qualify for trade in in the future?
Thanks

Whiteflash has some in house stones that ALL meet their recommendations and will qualify for their trade up policy.

But they ALSO have access to a virtual set of stones that are posted on their website and which they might not ultimately recommend for you if you were to have them call it in. Obviously these stones that they DON''T recommend wouldn''t qualify for their tradeup policy. But if they DID recommend it, from what I understand, it would qualify. And EGL stones don''t qualify at all.

To expand: We have 6 search options on the 'Diamonds' page. The first 5 limit you to in-house stones with full benefits - 'A Cut Above' and 'Expert Selection.'

The sixth search - other diamonds and shapes - brings up diamonds from outside suppliers. That outside search doesn't filter specific stones so everything in those suppliers' databases is listed. If we work with you on a diamond located with a supplier we'll bring it in and pre-screen it according to standards we've established. If it does not meet our approval and we recommend against it you can still purchase it, but the buy-back and trade-up options will not apply. This is rare but it happens from time to time. It costs you nothing and we'll continue to help you find one that does meet our approval if you'd like to keep searching.

We’ve considered restricting trade-up to only in-house diamonds, but there are great finds out there so we’ve not limited it that way. Thanks for inquiring.
