Two almost identical stones. Say rated 1C, G, VS2 and excellent cut by GIA.
One with smaller table and steeper crown angle will have more fire, right?

If so, what angle is not too steep? and what table is not too small.
I want to find a FIC, but don''t want to get myself "over fired".

Also, with my budget I didn''t think that I can pick a tiffany ring.
I know Tiffany is waaaay overpriced, by 30% if it not 40% over other vendor.
BUT my trusted good friend, who works at tiffany will get me 15% discount purchase.
I am very attemped by this discount. It will still be overpriced, but a lot better.
Any thoughts? I really think Tiffany is my easy way out.....

Thank you, thank you!

Smaller table allows for more fire with a good cut. I''ll let the experts comment on crown pavillian angles for max fire.

Check out Excel Diamonds for Tiffany replicas. The folks on PS rave about their Tiffany work.

Trust me, I wouldn''t even step into Tiffany store if I don''t get 15% discount...
