Diamond 2 is $100 more than Diamond 1 so price isn''t much of a consideration, they both are nearly identical except the cut on the second is slightly better, but the first is slightly larger. Which one do you guys think is better?

At those carat point differences (0.013, is that a point and a half??) I hardly doubt you''ll notice any significant difference in size on your/her finger. Therefore I vote for the better cut.

Either one will be gorgeous!

There isn't going to be a visible size difference between these two.

Do you have an IS for these?
The numbers are so close we have to look at other info.

Scintillating...

This is the photo and IS for the second stone:

And here is stone one: my choice, it is less and a wee bit bigger and I think that the cut seems just as good. JMO.

ear rings anyone?
near identical diamonds.
Go with the cheaper one.

If I had the money, I would snap those up in a heart beat!

oooOOOOooo, those IS''s do make it tough. I almost think the first one has a better IS, cleaner, more symmetrical... I don''t like the asymmetrical leakage along the 9-10 o''clock position on stone #2. I change my vote. I like stone #1 better, too.

They both are great, so I would go with the less expensive one

. Put the saved money towards a setting.

I agree Rascal, can''t go wrong with either of them.

Thanks everyone so much for your opinions! I think I am going to go with the first stone based on the feedback here.

is choice one an example of the new line ACA?

i was wondering the same thing about the other one too.

I am not certain, and don''t quote me, but I think that stone #2 is tilted slightly in that IS photo, and it only appears to have uneven light leakage. Anyhoo, just my .02.
