which will sparkle more based on idealscope? ACA or CBI

So this is what I learned after chatting with fellow GIA alumni and friends about this question:
The ideal-scope only shows what parts of a diamond is returning light versus what parts are leaking light, although you can also tell something about how even and crisp the contrast pattern is. So some conclusions can be drawn, such as both of these diamonds have great light return and strong contrast patterns.
That’s as far as you can go here. That’s because this is just a still, flat photo in a viewer designed to reveal leakage.
There is no way an IS image, or even knowing the angles, can convey what happens when the light hits that diamond. That is because what you see IRL is not just a still photo inside a cone. It is a matter of all 57 facets working together to create many hundreds of virtual-facets within the diamond. The fine tuning isn’t reported and it only shows on photos to a degree.
All I can say is that you won’t believe the purity and intensity of the fire and scintillation when the cutter has truly hit the notes in a diamond that will make the connection with you.
The summary: Both will be wonderful, based on many years of happy owners who post here.
Of course I do agree with Gypsy that a Crafted By Infinity diamond is special which is why they are currently crafting a custom Cut-to-Order diamond for me.
