#2. I like a little space between the two.

#2

I have a Ritani setting that tapers away from the center stone (very similar to the one you pictured but without the halo) and I went with option #2 because of what the other women on here have mentioned. The wedding band spins all day and it looks great... the tapered band would constantly be off and it would have driven me nuts. But you''ll know which one speaks to you - the rings in #1 look beautiful together in the picture.

Thank you again everyone for your replies! It looks like 3/4 of the posters prefer the straight band. I will have to try them both on again...decisions decisions!

me two!

One more vote for #2 (probably more votes than you need), but if you want to wear the wedding band alone, it wouldn''t look weird.

I like number 2....which Ritani setting is this? I absolutely love it.

I also vote for #2. If it spins it will still look great. And if you want to stack it with other bands it can be in any part of the stack, not just next to the ering. Gotta think ahead for those Anniversary bands ya know.

Hi Cait,

It''s from the Ritani Bella Vita collection. Here''s the link:

http://ritani.com/products/view/986/in_collection/8 It has 1.31 carats in just the setting alone!!

Pearlman''s has it for a very good price for that kind of carat weight!

#2, wont the tapered band spin anyways...

Another vote for #2 plus it would look nice if you ended up with an occasion to wear it alone or stack later.

Good luck with your decision, the most important vote is yours!!!

Option #1. It''s got balance and visual interest.

I want it. ;) As usual!
