I am new to this forum, but used information here on Pricescope to purchase a 2.26 ideal cut F VVS2 engagement ring in 2007. Now I am about to purchase a pair of diamond stud earrings and am soliciting advice from the experts as to what I should purchase.

1. 1.20 ct, F, VS1, depth 61.8%, table 56%, crown 35, pavilion 40.6
1.22 ct, F, VS1, depth 61.5%, table 56%, crown 35, pavilion 40.6

2. 1.00 ct, F, VVS1, depth 61.2%, table 56%, crown 34.5, pavilion 40.6
1.00 ct, F, VVS1, depth 61.3%, table 56%, crown 34.5, pavilion 40.8

3. 1.01 ct, F, VVS1, depth 61.3%, table 56%, crown 34.5, pavilion 40.8
1.02 ct, F, VVS1, depth 61.6%, table 56%, crown 35, pavilion 40.6

I realize number 2 and 3 are very similar, and number 1 is much larger but your help would is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

All of the above have no fluorescence, no cutlet, and are ideal cut with excellent polish and symmetry.

Hi Arrow Braun

They all have potential but the diameters for each in MM are needed please. Do you have any images for these such as Idealscope?

1. 6.82 x 6.80 x 4.21 mm and 6.88 x 6.85 x 4.22 mm ($21739)

2. 6.46 x 6.44 x 3.95 mm and 6.51 x 6.47 x 3.98 mm ($24157)

3. 6.51 x 6.47 x 3.98 mm and 6.47 x 6.45 x 3.98 mm ($24666)

Thanks for any help.

IMO, matching the diameters is one of the most important things rather than the carat weight. Also, no one gets very close to earrings so you can drop in clarity without any sacrifice unless it''s a mind-clean thing for you. I have a VS2 ering stone, but SI1 and SI2 earring stones, and they look great. The sparkle is what''s important in earrings, not the clarity.

Thanks, they are all a good match by the look of it.
