I have been looking for diamonds for a while, these are stones within my price range, do these seem like a good deal, does any of them seem like a better deal etc. Any help would be appreciated....

Probably the best of the three is Stone 1.

Stone 3 is next with stone two being my last choice.

My comment is not driven to be what is the best deal, but rather towards what is the best given the limitation of the information and not actually examining it.

For this budget though, I would suggest it be checked out by a competent Independent gemologist and appraiser.
