As a full-sized image that's pretty cool, but even if I cropped it down to two heads IMO they'd be too small to resolve well on many small and/or low quality monitors/ iPads, iPhones.

Also Pricescope makes all avatars perfectly square, and the important part of that image, the two women, is very long so for it to fit into a square most the tiny avatar space would be wasted and the gal's faces would be iddy biddy.
Things getting too small is the same reason I would not combine all 3, which answers Chewbacca's question.

I cannot figure out what many avatars are here because there is just too much in too small a space, or the image is too tightly cropped to figure out what it is, or there are just too many things crammed into a tiny square.

Not all full-sized pictures work as avatars no matter how wonderful they are when viewed full size, or how much you love that cat.
(What your avatar is may be perfectly clear to you since you already know what it is from seeing the full-sized image, but that doesn't mean others are able to figure it out by by seeing the tiny cropped copy in avatar size and resolution.)

IMO a good avatar image fills up a square space well and is simple, clear and strong.
