Fairly new to the whole diamond scene and just wondering which of the three is better and why? Which falls second?

None of them if they are for a ring.

I wouldn't buy an I clarity stone for a ring. And the SI2 is unlikely to be eyeclean. If it is eyeclean then ... it's a bit deep. Usually we don't recommend depths over 62.4. But since it's only 62.5, it might be okay.
 
SI2 or I1 with clarity based on clouds is not acceptable. it will be obviously hazy.

Question: What abt a VS2 with clarity based on clouds that are not shown? Would that be hazy?
