Which Diamond?!?

Out of the two below which would you choose? It Holloway Report is attached for both w/proportions. Diamond A scores a 2.0 with a VG cut where Diamond B scores 3.3 with a EX cut. Any Advice on deciphering this report and which diamond would be better??

With those HCA Scores and the VG cut grade you'll really want an Ideal Scope image to give you a better idea of cut quality.

I could say neither though. There are many many options for those specs that are either bigger and better cut, or the same size, better cut and cheaper.
