Choice #1---1.3 D VS1 with some internal and surface graining; table size 55; crown angle 34; pav angle 40.8; pav depth 43; star length 55; lower half length 75; girdle medium to slightly thick 3.5%; total depth 61.8; no cutlet; no fluorescence; crown height 15.5

Choice #2--1.61 F VS2 with some clouds, feather, needle; table size 55; crown angle 35; pav angle 40.6; star length 50; lower half length 80; girdle thin to medium 3.0%; total depth 61.6; no cutlet; no flurorescence; crown height 15.5

Both excellent cut, polish, and symmetry

Which one would you pick?

Hi peanut,

We need all the info on the diamond to make any kind of guess.

Thanks, Ellen. Just added the additional information.

Welcome!

Ok, both have potential, but going on this onfo alone, I would prefer #1.

Hi Ellen,

Can you tell me why you would pick #1? Thanks!

#2. Same price?

I prefer the crown and pavilion angles. They are really important to a stones performance, and these are in a "safer" range. If we had a Helium report, I might change my mind. Again, this is just going on whaty we have here.

I''m leaning towards #2. They both do well on the HCA (#1 is 1 and #2 is .8) so I''d go with the bigger stone since I personally would not be able to see the difference in color between F and D.
