My current e-ring setting is a tiffany style four prong which I catch on everything. I have my dream bezel setting in the mail heading this way - it was
at first sight
-, but, I''m not sure which diamond to set...of course if I had my way I''d get an ideal cut diamond
...
I don''t have any fancy info on these, sorry. Just what I''ve been told and able to come up with on my own.

.72 carat D, SI2 round ... BUT ....and this is a big BUT...it''s a bit too deep and faces up like a diamond in the .63 range
. I''ve also noticed that when it was bezel set when we bought it (I didn''t like the yg setting) the edges of it seemd "frosty" (though they look clear when in the four prong). Is this because it is too deep?

Just under a half carat round diamond. This has a beautiful cut and I had many compliments about it by the jeweler who set it. I found it in a busted antique ring at a pawn shop! About a H color, strong flour., and VS clarity.
My setting that I bought was an ebay find actually, yellow gold bezel with white gold shank (has some diamonds) and can hold a diamond between 4.5 and 6 mm diamond. So, which one would you set?
