Which diamond should I choose?

I'm being confused and torn between these 2 ROUND diamonds. Can you please help me pick the best of the two please?
No. 01: 1.24 / G / VS2 / No Fluor / 7.01 x 6.98 x 4.20 mm / 0.7 HCA score, everything is excellent
= $9970 less inclusions (cloud/feather/crystals) few on table/cloud on side
No. 02: 1.22 / F / VS2 / Strong Fluor / 6.90 x 6.93 x 4.19 mm / 1 HCA score, everything is excellent except for spread is very good
= $9328 inclusions on table (crystals/cloud) one small black inclusion seen under microscope, the rest are not
I personally like the 1.22 color but the diamonds is smaller in spread and black inclusion on the table.
I like everything about the 1.24 one but dislike the G color and it's more expensive.
Please please help.

we need more information. Do you have images and can you post the report number or list the proportions? You are unlikely to see color difference between an F and a G stone unless it is displayed upside down, side by side, and in a proper lighting environment, so once the stone is set a G will appear very white, unless of course you're super color sensitive. A VS2 is typically eye clean, of course there are always exceptions and you should consult your gemologist to be sure.
