It is for a e-ring I am thinking of getting from WhiteFlash. Although WF has good reviews, recent post have stated otherwise. It makes me a little nervous because it is a big investment, emotionally and monetarily. Hope you nice folks at PS can help me. Thanks!

Well, it looks like the stones you referenced are all "brokered" stones....meaning they aren''t part of Whiteflash''s dedicated inhouse inventory. As such, they have to contact the holders of the stones to bring them in and get enough information to make a good decision.

As a matter of narrowing down, I think the two highlighted stones hold more promise; the depths on the other two are ok, but not my preference. More depth means paying for weight you can''t see in the diameter.

If you choose among the inhouse stones at WF, I''d say you won''t be disappointed. Yes, there has been a little bit of cautionary feedback lately in recent posts, but most of the snags have involved custom work.

It''s also important to note that as a percentage of business, the snags are very small. The week I was there with Mara, they sent over 100 packages out that week, and I think only 2-3 had subsequent service needs. That means the other 98% were completely successful/problem-free.

They are a reputable vendor here, and they stand behind their products. No need to be nervous in working with them.

#2 and #4 look the best from their numbers alone.

I agree with Alj and Ebree. I would not worry about Whiteflash. If something should happen, they do not even attempt to duck and run. They fix it. They are top notch. I recently purchased a ring from them, and it was perfect.
