I would pass on the second, but with the first the HCA penalizes diamonds with a steeper pavilion angle there is a chance it may be an attractive diamond - although not cut to superideal standards, it depends on what you are looking for and if D VVS is important to you. Can you get an Idealscope image for it or have you seen this diamond in person?
