Hey - can I have some opinions on these two diamonds. I'm having this ring custom made from Robin's Diamonds. He gave me 2 diamonds that were kinda in my price range, but I wasn't sure which was the better deal...I looked at both of these under the miscroscope personally (just the raw diamond).

I think I'm leaning towards the 1.11, but the K color kinda has be a little weary - although I didn't think it looked all that bad - but I was in a store looking at it under fake lighting.

Diamond 1:
Princess Shape Diamond: (GIS Certified)
1.11 karat
SI-1 Clarity (Few minor inclusions on the bottom edge - hard to see with 10x, definitly noticeable with 30x)
K color
Polish = Excellent
Symmetry = Very Good

Setting: 14k White gold so solitaire

$3,800 - Diamond and Setting (Including Tax)

Diamond 2:
Princess Shape Diamond: (GIS Certified)
0.80 karat
SI-2 Clarity (noticable inclusions in center with 10x)
I color
Polish = Good
Symmetry = Fair

Setting: 14k White gold so solitaire

$2,800 - Diamond and Setting (Including Tax)

Hi ekim

A bit more info would help although at best it will only give us a chalk outline of the diamond. If you could post the depth and table here, it would give more of an idea although we cannot responsibly tell you yes this will be a great diamond with so little info. Ideally images would be very helpful but as you are buying from a brick and mortar store, probably not possible.

The first diamond - a K colour might look tinted with this type of what I imagine is a commercial cut Princess, ask if you can take it outside to view it away from the store lights. I would really advise looking at I or better if possible.

The second diamond - cross it off your list, this one with the fair symmetry is not going to be a pretty and well cut stone.

Well I cant post anything bec it gives me errors all the time.
