Hey all,

So my e-ring of choice is the REL (pic below). However the matching band that goes with it is one that I am not a big fan of, just because its quite thin and doesn''t make a big statement when worn alone. But don''t get me wrong, it is beautiful!

So having said that, which band would you guys pick with it?? Excluding the thin matching band.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions :)

please give us pictures to choose from

Sure I can do that. I was thinking something along the lines of this ..... feel free to add any others that are similar :)

And this

What about this Beverley K band from Pearlman''s?

I've got to be honest, I used to have the REL w/o halo (before I damaged it!) and I tried on hundreds of bands with it. Nothing looked remotely right except the matching thin band IMO...

So I switched it to my right hand and just bought a wedding band I loved.

Honestly ... I'd buy the matching band -- wear it as a set with the e-ring & when I wanted to wear it w/o the e-ring, flank it with two solid metal bands (or two pink diamond pave bands or one pink, one yellow, or two engraved bands, or two tiffany jazz type shape-shape-shape eternity bands)

I don't think those wide, wide bands are going to look "right" with that e-ring design at all. But, who knows, if you try it in a store & love the look: go for it. But DO NOT ORDER THEM without trying it on your actual hand. Things look very different in person than they do in our minds.

I agree with this.

Ditto everything. Those wide blingy bands seem more like a stand alone thing than a wedding band to me - if you really dig them, then plan on one for a RHR.
I think the above ideas sound nice for the wedding set.
Of course, your opinion and your partner''s are the only ones that matter in the end, just make sure you try things on alot before committing !

What about something like this from singlestone?

You can stack it with 1 or 2 more bands when you want a bolder look.

From a style viewpoint - you can get the matching band and get EXTRA width by getting 2 of the matching bands and that gives you the option to wear:
a) both together to get a wider look but one that still matches
b) wear a matching band on either side of the e-ring

Here are some pictures of rings where a matching band is worn on either side to illustrate option b).

The first picture is celebrity Ashley Judd''s combination.

In your case, I am guessing that there would be no gaps between the rings as your setting looks like the wedding band goes flush under the halo.

Just to show that it is not only celebrities who are going for 2 diamond bands - here is a client ring who applied the same concept.
I am finding that a lot of my clients would like 2 diamond bands - most people usually get one when they get married and the second one as they eternity ring later on either for a special anniversary or on the birth of a child. However, some people do buy 2 diamond bands when they get married!

Unfortunately from a pictures perspective, I only can take pictures of their full combination if they order all the rings at once!

Thank for the visual, it really helps! My bf has mentioned that he is willing to buy 2 bands so I can get this look. I guess in the end, it will be thicker because there will be 2 ... or 3 but I don''t want to over do it lol
