Where to go on jewelers row in NYC?

I'll be in NYC today and have about 3 hours to kill. I'm looking for something very specific, a jeweler that can make a wedding band similar to a picture I have of a Cartier band. Does anyone know if there's a pricescope friendly jeweler or two that can be trusted and has good pricing?

I bought the diamond from engagement rings direct, met with Mark (I think that was his name) on a prior trip to the city. I'm looking to go to the manufacturer, if possible, rather than a retailer who also makes a cut.

You're not likely to find a true, dependable manufacturer walking down 47th street.......
I totally get what you want to do, but remember that a well regarded vendor earns their money by offering services a factory just can't.
