where to get this ring in nyc?

hello everyone.
i just love missrocks ring (see picture below) i was wondering if someone can help me and guide where can i buy similar ring. the ring missrocks bought is from cambell, ca but i would like to find someone local and can go to. i am in nyc.
i am thinking of buying a sapphire and let someone do the setting or what''s the best way to approach this project?

my understanding is natural sapphire company only sells not heated stones, i am looking for heated sapphire.
i will contact leon.. i heard so many good things about his work, hopefully i will see them in person soon. does he have rings in his store to view? thanks
