Where to get setting? Need help!

So once I do purchase my stone, where do I go for the setting. I don''t think many stores around me will want to set a diamond not bought from them. So where do I go? I think Leon Mege has some beautiful settings, so maybe through them or some one who has a similar look. Thanks

Have you considered purchasing the setting from the same vendor who sells you the diamond? That certainly makes it simpler. Also some designers and local brick and mortar jewelers will set someone else''s stone you just need to find out. My local jeweler set a Blue Nile diamond for lady who bought only the setting from him. He wasn''t thrilled, but he at least made some money on the setting.

I agree, if at all possible try and purchase both the setting and diamond from the same vendor. it really does make things easier. there are vendors out there who will set your stone. Leon Mege is surely wonderful if you find something of his you''d like. Quest Jewelers always does very nice custom work. Whiteflash is very popular around here too for settings both custom and complete. Pearlmans has a ton of settings and you can provide your own center stone for most of them. good luck..
