Where to buy sapphire/diamond band?

My brother wants to buy one for his wife, trying to help him. Any suggestions? He wanted an eternity band but I talked him into a 1/2 or 3/4 instead. That way it can be sized if she ever needs it. He wants high quality sapphires and diamonds.
