Where to buy a diamond toolkit?

Does anyone sell a toolkit with things like an Idealscope, loupe, etc.? I see on the vendor list that some of the vendors supply them with certain diamonds, but I was wondering if I could buy them separately from the stone.

idealscope.com sells kits. I would get one of the kits with the scope/light, etc., then buy a loupe on ebay or from a jewelry supply store. I bought my 10x loupe and tweezers on ebay for less than $10.
