Not necessarily. You come on to read only. You cannot find the preloved forum, so you sign on to post. But you do not check back to see that the prelove forum has now appeared.

Not saying that is what happened, but my comment was not that out there.

The link for it will actually show regardless if you are signed in but if you click on it and aren't signed in then it will prompt you to put in username and password.

I always find it by going to the forum tab on the top, then Pricescope cafe, then its the top link.
