Where can I have this ring done?

I''m absolutely impressed with this website. I have to admit I was absolutely oblivious to most of the stuff that is discussed here. I was actually on my way to the Jewelry District in LA when I found this site, and spent an entire Saturday educating myself. Basically all I want is to present my love with the e-ring that will get her excited even 50 years from now!

I have two questions:

What would be the best way to have this setting done?

Where can I get the best diamond for my money? Should I buy in online or at the Jewelry District in LA?

These vendors are highly rec'd on PS. There are others (well regarded) who carry this, but those three come to mind right now.

ETA: The setting is not very expensive, so if you want it just like that, I would get it from Vatche rather than custom.
