Where can I get small diamonds?

Does anyone know where I can get hold of quality round diamonds of around 0.1 carats?

usualy your best bet is to have the people making your jewlery source them.
The are such low cost that most vendors wont mess with them unless they are building something with them.
It isnt worth the $2-$3 profit on them to mess around with them otherwise.
