Mark at Engagement Rings Direct (he also sources amazing cushion stones), Leon Mege, Maytal Hannah...there are many people who have produced similar rings to that with stunning results!
If you research HW replicas on PS you will find some vendors who can make this style ring for you. My advice:
1. Use a custom jeweler who does amazing micropave work
2. Decide in advance all of the parameters you want - melee size, shank and halo thickness, prong style, etc.
3. Start saving pics of each HW repro you like and note what you like about it (or also what you don''t like). Make sure you have plenty of pics of inspiration rings as well as the original HW ring so that you can thoroughly communicate style preferences with your jeweler. Send these pics to the jeweler so there''s no miscommunication!
4. Have a conversation with the jeweler about his/her comfort level reproducing this piece, and what minor changes you agree to make so that it''s not an exact replica of the original (most reputable jewelers will not want to reproduce the ring exactly for ethical reasons, but there are many minute things you can do to change it up without sacrificing the look you want)
5. Decide how you want the pave set. Bead set, etc. You would be surprised how many different ways there are to do this and it will affect the overall look of the ring.
Good luck - it is my favorite style of halo and will be stunning!

I''d contact Mark at www.engagenebtringsdirect.com as other''s have stated. He finds the best cushions, and works with Leon Mege, and does have fabulous settings himself. Do that first, and see how it goes, I''d bet you''d be very pleased. Good luck!!!
Just a note - no-one will copy the HW exactly, due to copyright/moral reasons. They will make an ''inspired'' piece but you will have to have minor (maybe even un-noticable) changes so they are not copying the design exactly.
If you are after the same thing down to each minor detail you will need to get the real deal.
