Where can I find Regent-cut Diamonds?

I already looked at good old gold, but they only have two to offer! I know this cut isn''t really being offered anymore, but I really like it!

Are any other places selling it?
Are there any places where people would sell it used?


The two that are on the good old gold website, one is too expensive, and the other one is a bit small for my tastes. I''d still consider the two if they were discounted a bit more, but it seems that they don''t discount at all.

Do I have any other options?

What type of inclusion is it? and is that considered eye clean? it looks quite obvious?

It is my understanding all the left over regents were recut to another shape in a dispute between the cutter and the designer.
gog had purchased those for stock or they would have been recut also.

Report says crystal and a feather are the primary inclusions.
Only gog can tell you if it is eyeclean.

The price on the 1.11 looks good to me.
Its about the same as a not well cut round of the same weight and well under the price of a same weight round with similar optics.

Wow, thank you! Now I really am in a quandary.

I DO quite fancy the 1.11 carat one! It''s not that I think the price is unfair, it''s just I don''t have that much money!!

Quite honestly though, I''ve been thinking about it. If that ring was $4000 exactly, I''d buy it in an instant =P However, I emailed GOG and their prices are not discountable? =(

That''s why I''m trying to search for other regents! Although this news of them recutting all of them into different shapes is alarming! Thank you for your help!

Not sure on the price but have you considered some of the other ideal squares like this one?
