Dee, just right click on the gif you choose and hit "save image as" and then save it in your pictures. Use "Upload a file" here and click "insert image" to post it. That's how I do it on PC, anyway. On iphone you should be able to save the gif as a photo and then choose it as a file to upload, same thing.
