Where can I find half-moon diamonds?

My girlfriend likes 3-stone rings with a radiant in the center and half-moons on the sides, but the half-moons sure seem to be uncommon! Is there a way to specify cuts like the half-moon on the pricescope search engine? I really want to get her the perfect ring (of course), and while she would be happy with something else.... It''s just not what she is hoping for. Thoughts? Ideas?

Hehe, my girlfriend actually saw that ring (the blue diamond) in person at Tiffany''s in NYC. That''s where the ring concept came from, from is WAY out of my price range. The closest I have found so far is the Moonlight setting from Whiteflash: The Moonlight

I am not sure if that will take a radiant, though, and the blocky ring itself is not to my girlfriends taste. She prefers elegant rings with engraving.
