Where can I find EC 3-stone setting WITHOUT side stones?

I have an EC 3 stone ring in yellow gold (center is 1.01, sides are .35 each). I had it rhodium plated and it looks good...but I hate the prongs and the fact that one is not really on the corner of the center diamond and the whole thing is kind of crooked.
So, all the settings I find includes the side stones which I already have. I just want to take my stones out and put them in a new white gold setting...maybe even some pave or channel set stones on the shank...

Maybe try contacting GOG?
They usually send me to Stuller.com to pick my setting or findings and they can order it and do the labor on it too.
