Where can I buy this ring?

I found this online and unfortunately didn''t have a chance to buy it. The central stone here (blue topaz) is about .25 carats, and it''s surrounded by 4 small diamonds. I like the gold setting most of all. If I can''t find something similar, I''ll probably have it custom-built as an engagement ring. Any ideas?

Believe it or not, I would suggest that you go to one of the larger pawn shows that has many jewelry cases full of small rings. Something like that should be easy to find. If you want something unusual, then go to a big antique show and look around. Good luck.
