What was your experience?

i have purchased a ritani ring though a auth dealer and i have purchased a diamond pendent from them directly.

Their quality is high, and i would absolutely recommend their settings. I would consider buying the stone elsewhere, because other places that sell their settings provide more info about diamonds. For example, Whiteflash sells ritani, and can get you any ritani setting with a WF diamond.

But whats nice is if you do find a stone you like at Ritani, they have an "in store preview" as well as a good return policy

Neil - can Ritani authorized dealers work on a Ritani ring (i.e. to size it or tighten prongs) without voiding the warranty, or does the work have to be done by Ritani?

You know i dont know. I didnt keep my pear long enough to need tightening or any sort of repairs.

I can say that the local dealer i purchased my Ritani from was not wear i got the pear. When it got set, because it was a bezel, the dealer sent my pear strait to ritani.

I'm guessing Ritani doesn't have a store? I searched a bunch of "authorized dealers" on their website...

I mean all the diamonds on GIA rated, but I guess this all goes back down to WF being the better option haha. I just don't think I'll be using the benefits of doing the upgrade program or any returns, its just going to be a one time purchase for me...well to my gf LOL...thats why I keep checking out other sponsors that have the same quality but may be a little less or should I just stop being a pain in the ass and just go with WF

No you don't have to. Like I said ritani doesn't give you as many options, but they let you see it in person, and they have a return policy. If you prefer to buy from someplace that's cheaper in return for less benefits - that's understandable. You don't think you'll use them. And they do have that "reserve ideal" line. That base performance info.
