What''s wrong with this stone?

Hey Folks. I''m in the market for an engagement ring for my Girl. I have about $10,500 to spend. I would like to get her something in the neighborhood of a 1.7 1.75 Yes the size is important. (shrug) Oh well. And I came across this http://www.whiteflash.com/princess/Princess-cut-diamond-1173073.htm And VERY tempted to thrown down the cash right now. But I''m a little worried. Why is it only $7800?? The specs look good enough. But then I have NO IDEA what I am doing. So please help a dumb guy out. What''s with this stone? Is it good? Worth it? Why the price difference from others in the same boat?

It is not an inhouse stone with aset and images. But you can ask them to call it in.

I prefer high colour and medium clarity. H is lowish in a princess cut, VVS2 is overkill

Thanks for the quick reply. I''ve got about a month to learn as much as I can and get the best possible stone for the best possible price without getting had. Thanks Again for the info.
