What''s the Whiteflash policy?

So on a previous thread not to long ago titled "Custom Solitaire" it was discussed that Whiteflash will only deal with diamonds brought from them to do settings. Is this true? If I didn''t buy my diamond from them then does that mean that I can''t have them make me a custom setting?
