What''s the best way or setting/configuration to take pics of a diamond?

Just got my rock yesterday and very happy to show you guys all, but I can''t seem to take clear pics of it. I was playing with the shutter speed, apeture, etc...just can''t get it right.

Use the macro setting on your camera. That is what most of us use to take pics. And possibly use a tripod, that will help as well. You will have to take a few before you really get a good picture but thats my experience.. Good luck and looking forward to seeing the "ROCK".
