I'm taking mine out of the vacuum-pack tonight and salt and pepper it.
I'm gonna serve with mashed potatoes and spinach. You guys think creamed spinach or sauteed with garlic is better? I love creamed spinach, but worried it's going to be too monotone with the creamy mashed potatoes.
