Here it is pulled pork
Just got done and it is yummy!!!

Found pork picnic roast one sale for .69 a pound picked up 3 and cooked one today.
Started out as 8+ pounds and ended up with a 9x13 pan full of melt in your mouth pulled pork after 8 hours in the crock pot all for $5.67+tax and electricity.

Pot roast, Caesar salad and green beans. Yum!

Sunday nights the roommates and I all make dinner together and make sure we have a "real" meal.

Sounds yummers, and cheap. Doubly good deal!

We are having Salibury steaks with wine sauce (read, glorified hamburger), corn, and asparagus.

We did this in college too!!! "Roommate night" was always so fun! We did it on Thursdays and watched Friends back when they were new episodes.

We''re having grilled Salmon, corn on the cob and mashed potatoes.

Yum Kaleigh! I have never steamed Artichokes before. How do you guys do it? Do you put salt or butter or anything on them?

Yum!! What''s your recipe???

cook with terioki(sp) and soy sauce added to the water.
Then when done and still hot add honey bbq sauce or just serve with spicy mustard.
I did some both ways.

Crock pot on high at least 6 hours to render the fat then 2 hours on low to make sure it is falling apart done.
It can be served at the 6 hour point.

Oooh, care to share how you make that? Sounds yummy. I just do a bit of butter and EVOO, salt and pepper. Once in awhile some Parm ch. too.

it's a 1:3 ratio of whole grain mustard and sour cream/creme fraiche/crema. a little spritz of lemon juice or lemon zest for acidity.

One bunch of asparagus is like 2 tsp mustard/2 T sour cream.

We''re making pulled pork next week. I use a dry rub, let it sit on the pork for 24 hours. Cook it, rest it, tear it apart with two forks (removing any pieces of fat) then mix it with an apple cider vinegar BBQ sauce.

Tonight spaghetti with marinara.

Actually, there is one dish I can eat them in, tortellini salad. But they''re masked by the ranch dressing! lol

Oh, yes, there actually are a couple of salads I occasionally make with those tiny LeSueur peas in them, but as you said, they just blend into the other flavors!
