First thought, check search by cut db, see com parables slightly inferior (VS1) cost kinds significantly more ($5700 - $6300), be prepared to tell you this is either really well priced, or possibly a problem, check with others.

Second thought, check Excel, they''re frequently competitive.

Third thought, I hate their web site

Fouth thought...there''s your stone!

Fifth thought, confirm, rereading your text, it''s from them.

Ask others...and ask Barry for what he says he''ll give you (i.e. results of those various tests). Maybe someone smarter will see a problem but preliminarily, with AGS0, it''s probably a good deal. I wonder if it''s even modestly priced for comparables on Excel. Ask them at Superbcert what they think, and maybe others here will advise.

too off square, v-thin girdle,.. I wouldnt touch it with a 10 foot pole.

edit: low price.. hmmm whats wrong with it....

Storms concerns I think should be attended to, but my pole would be shorter.

It''s reasonable to double check AGS on their imprimatur, though. I''ve read more broadly that a more square shape should improve performance, but unless you''re going to compare this option against alternatives, I''d be reluctant to second guess AGS on their judgement on this.

Re the girdle, again, cause for concern when overly thin. AGS cut charts accept very thin as ideal, but probably it shouldn''t be in sensitive areas. On that question, an appraiser could be consulted, surely.

Review these things with Barry...as he may tell you it''s discounted for these very reasons, and you should pass.

RG Paul has stated that there are some combos on the ends of the AGS0 princess scale that he doesn''t consider optimal this sounds like it might be one of them which would in some ways explain the price along with everything else.
