Seems to be an IGI Antwerp certified stone. Personally I like this lab, but most of the people here do not like it
As for the numbers. Well, unhealthy thick girdle (more weight, less diameter - good for the seller, not much for you), not a good pavillion angle and very big table... If the price isn´t really exceptionally great I would choose another stone.
