I spotted this ring last week and before I typed my questions to the seller, the listing was closed. It came back yesterday and was quickly closed again. I like both cushion and setting (especially setting

I am not good at deal hunting and many times I jumped into buying something that I really liked, without any negotiations.
What do you think about it? If by any chance it comes back again, how much do you think I should offer for it?
