What type of settings are for round?

I am wanting a round shape stone, but I am not a big fan of the tension, tiffany style, setting are there any other types of settings that can hold a round?

I love the half-bezel with pave around the band:

I like the look and I feel that the diamond is nice and safe in this kind of a setting (set low).
