We''ve seen some very small Asscher cuts...I''d say about.05ct would measure 2mm and be the smallest.
The problem is that with such small stones the human eye can not distinguish the shape- so you can''t really tell they are asschers.
If we''re looking at ten pointers, which spread about 2.5mm, we might be able to start to make out the personality
I have a ring with asscher cut 7 pointers and I can tell that they''re asschers but I have eagle eyes, I would say that a lot of it would depend on your vision. One thing i have seen in some pretty small sizes are carre cut diamonds instead of asschers, they''re basically the same thing but they don''t have clipped corners. Tiffany makes a setting and a band with them.

Yeah, I was going to say carre cuts or French cuts... They''re both beautiful. I have a Tiffany one with the carre cuts, and it''s awesome!
