What to make of this diamond earrings?

First off great forum I am just getting into the diamond business, My cousin is an appraiser and is teaching me the in's and out's. I live in the U.S I no how to calculate the price of the rock and I am getting resources from foreign country's and I came across this one..........

1.08 ct diamond
Color-K
Clarity-VS1
Round cut
Gross weight-3.350
14K yellow gold

This dealer is selling for $1300 USD.

My question is does this seem fishy at all seems way under priced.

They are diamond studded earrings (pair) sorry for the confusion
