The venue that I want has been on hold due to an ownership change. I found out that they might be booking starting tomorrow. The problem is that the Cantor who is marrying us is busy for two weekends in June (when we want to get married). I don''t know which two weekends he''s busy!
However, it''s the Jewish holidays and he''s out of the office. I have his home number, but only because someone else gave it to me.
Should I call him at home? The holiday technically doesn''t start until tomorrow night. Or should I chance it and book a date? I feel very uncomfortable calling him at home since he didn''t give me his number but my fiance (who doesn''t know him) is really pushing it.
What do you guys think?
