Have had my e ring for over a year now but something about the stone bothers me. In some lights its very sparkly and then in other lights its not so sparkly and then some times I see a bow tie effect.
Debating whether I add 2 trapezoids 1 on either side to give the stone more sparkle or to swap it to a cushion cut??
Thoughts please and thanks in advance.
Will post more photos if I can get it to work with GIA report.

It probably has a "crushed ice" faceting patter. In some lights it will have lots of little sparkles but in other lighting it just may
look darker in the middle.

Is there a trade-in policy where you bought it?

Your setting looks quite open so I don't think it's a matter of light being blocked. If you don't like it, it's most probably due to its faceting pattern. Can you trade in for another pattern which you prefer?

Just waiting to hear back to see what my options are. Yes there is a trade in option. Sorry trying to upload more photos to show what I mean but it's not working. Thanks for your responses.

I guess my question also is do you think this is a good radiant diamond? Sorry for the delay the photo uploader was not working very well for me. Thanks for your responses.

I like radiants (well, any shape stone) to have clear, crisp facets. Your stone might be cut more like this...

Do you have an aset image off your stone?

I like my radiants more like this...its all in how well the facets are reflecting the light back.

Thanks tyty333 your response is very helpful. Is it all preference when it comes to choosing stones?
The first stone resembles my stone. I think I do like the additional ones you posted better than the first one.
Does this mean that my stone is not a good stone? Thanks.
I don't have an aset image of my stone.

btw in my last post I meant thanks for responding and giving good advice.
