What to do now?

I sent my rings to WF to get a stone replaced and have a checkup. They were completed on Friday and my card was charged for the insurance to ship them back. My SA said someone would contact me when my package was ready to ship. Great!

Monday...nothing.

Tuesday I emailed her wondering what was going on.

Today...nothing.

If I email her again now (the office would be closed by now) is that too soon? Is 3 business days normally how long it takes to get ready to ship? That seems ridiculous to me! I''m anxious I guess because I''ve been without my rings for 2 weeks now.

What would you do?

Like everyone said, just call again. It''s not that big of a deal calling a few times.

I''d call them. Your SA might be sick or have a few days off. WF has a good reputation so I am sure it was not intentional.

This happened to me when I ordered my wedding rings from them! They told me that they were going to ship on a Monday, and that they would contact me to let me know they shipped. Well that Monday came and went, so I called them and they told me they would be shippping later that evening. Next day I had no notice, nobody ever contacted me to tell me what was going on. I called the fedex location and was told that they had no record of anything being shipped to them, so I called WF and they told me that the package had shipped. They told me that the package had not yet arrived, but after several minutes, they told me that the package had in fact arrived at the fedex location, and had been there for 4 hours!!

I called, after leaving a VM for my SA. I still don''t know why she chose not to respond to either,

but turns out they haven''t started working on my ring yet after having it for 2 weeks. It should ship on Monday. Thanks for commiserating.
