what time do you wake up in the morning?

10:30 or 11am. My 1 year old son loves to sleep so mama gets her sleep too. :snore: I am a night owl and stay up until 2 or 3am though.

My weekday alarm is 5:15am. I also have two backups. One is for 5:50 which is when I usually pry my butt out of bed half the time...the other is 620 which is the latest I can wake up and still get my sh!t together enough to get out of the house by 640. The first two alarms are on my phone, the latter my actual alarm clock. MOST weekdays I don't need any of those, because my body seems to hate me enough to wake me around the right time.

On weekends unless I need to be somewhere, I have an alarm set for 10am but I usually have to pee and cannot hold it beyond 730 so I usually end up getting up to pee, laying back down for an hour and driving the husband nuts, then I get up and sneak out. Once I leave the room though, I cannot go back in normally. Because he's a light sleeper and he gets up after me. So I make sure I have at least one outfit in my office where I get dressed in the morning. Even if it's the same pants or whatever I wore the day before. lol

It varies depending on what time I'm in work at-a couple of days a week I'm up at 6am, the other days I'm up at 7.30. If I don't have anything on, I could easily sleep on till after 11. I love my sleep!

4:30 AM. Even on the weekend. I don't even set the alarm. My sleep ends there, regardless of what time I went to bed (even if I went to sleep at 2:00 AM.) I'm incapable of sleeping past that time even if I'm dead tired. It comes from years of waking up at that time. From the age of 5 to 19 years old, I was a competitive figure skater, and practice was at that time. Now as a surgery resident, rounds start at 7:00 AM and I like to get there are around 6:00 to review the patients' charts a bit.

My alarm is set for 5:30, however my 10 month old likes to yell in his sleep, so i'm pretty much up at all random hours of the night...

My alarm goes off at 3:45 am Mon-Thurs...on the weekends Fri-Sun I tend to get up around 6:00 to 7:30 am

WOW, why so early?

My husband gets up really early on the weekends, too...after getting up at like 4:00 AM on the weekdays, getting up at 6:30 is considered "sleeping in."

I get up at 7 am on the weekdays and lay in bed as late as possible on the weekends. I hide and pretend I'm asleep, but my kids STILL refuse to make their own cereal even though they're 9 & 11, so unless I get up, they don't eat. What is the deal? My husband won't do the cereal for them either. AHHHH!!!!

6 am on weekdays

Try to sleep in on the weekends eg 8:30 ish

HAH, then they don't eat! My mom and dad were like "do it yourself" by that age with us. And it's not like we waited anyway. We would sneak if we had to.

We get up at 6 not being royalty we can't wait until 9. :cheeky:

I'm up by 6 every day except Saturday when DH takes care of our 18 month old and I sleep until 8. I  sleeping until 8!

I wake up at 4am on days I work (rotating but 3 days per week) to be at work at 6:30a. On days I'm not working I usually am up and out of bed anytime from 7A to 9A.
